Job Description:
1. Develop and optimize quality control standards, inspection specifications, and testing procedures for the entire spring manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
2. Be responsible for incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, routine inspections during the production process, and full inspection of finished products before shipment; promptly address defective products and track their corrective actions.
3. Lead the analysis and improvement of quality issues, identify potential quality risks in production processes, equipment parameters, and other related areas, develop preventive measures, and verify their effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with production and technical engineers to conduct quality verification during pilot production of new products.
5. Provide training for inspectors, and be responsible for customer quality audits and third-party certifications.
Job Requirements:
1. Age between 25 and 45 years old, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, materials science, quality management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of work experience as a quality engineer in the spring manufacturing or mechanical processing industry.
3. Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers and tensile testing machines, and capable of understanding complex production drawings and technical documents.
4. Preference given to candidates holding an ISO9001 internal auditor certificate or a professional qualification certificate for quality engineers.
5. Possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a team-oriented mindset; demonstrate meticulousness and responsibility in work, and have good stress tolerance.
Operator
Base salary + piece-rate pay
Job Description:
1. Responsible for spring production-related tasks, including winding, grinding, shot peening, force measurement, and sorting;
2. The spring winding position requires operating CNC equipment and performing specialized tasks such as adjusting molds and equipment parameters. Familiar with measuring tools like calipers and micrometers, and strictly control the dimensions, shape, and appearance quality of springs;
3. Responsible for 5S management in the production area, carrying out daily cleaning and lubrication of equipment, performing simple troubleshooting, maintaining a clean working environment, and ensuring the normal operation of equipment;
4. Strictly comply with workshop safety regulations, cooperate in technical improvement initiatives, and ensure that production tasks are completed according to requirements;
Job Requirements:
1. Age between 18 and 45 years old, with at least a junior high school education (candidates for the spring winding position should have at least a high school education). Physically healthy and able to adapt to standing work and shift rotations in the workshop;
2. Priority will be given to candidates with more than one year of experience in mechanical processing, spring production, or equipment operation. For the spring winding position, recent graduates majoring in mechanical engineering are also welcome; no prior experience required—paid training will be provided;
3. Diligent and responsible, meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong awareness of quality control and safety production, and willing to follow workshop management and production arrangements.
Inspector
Salary: 5,000–7,000 yuan/month
Job Description:
1. Raw Material Inspection: Verify key parameters such as specifications, material composition, and hardness (through random sampling) of steel wires, wire rods, and other raw materials.
2. In-process Inspection: Conduct sample inspections of dimensions during the spring manufacturing process to promptly identify any deviations.
3. Finished Product Inspection: Perform comprehensive testing on finished springs, record inspection data, and determine whether the products meet quality standards.
Job Requirements:
1. High school education or above; age between 30 and 45 years old; at least 1 year of experience in mechanical parts inspection; candidates with experience in the spring industry are preferred.
2. Proficient in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and force gauges.
3. Possess a meticulous and patient work attitude, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, strictly adhere to inspection procedures, and have basic skills in data recording and analysis.
