The company boasts strong technical strength and advanced management experience, and is committed to the research, development, manufacturing and sales of high-end engine valve springs and fuel system springs, mainly serving the fields of automobiles, locomotives, ships, construction machinery, etc. The company was the first in the industry to obtain the  IATF 16949 quality management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certifications. The leading products have been continuously rated as "zero-defect products", "reassuring products" and "inspection-free products" by major domestic automobile manufacturers for many years.

 

The company has been appointed as the vice-chairman unit of the National Spring Standardization Technical Committee for two consecutive terms. It has represented China at international spring conferences ten times and participated in the formulation of two international standards, ten national standards and sixteen industry standards. It has made positive contributions to the development of the spring industry and enjoys a high reputation among the spring industry and customers.

In June, FAW Group transferred its 60% equity stake to Hwaway Technology Corporation Limited

2020

In November, the System Management Department of FAW Group issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Management Relationship of WUXI SAWANE SPRING CO.,LTD." (Tiguan Zi [2020] No. 10), entrusting WUXI SAWANE SPRING CO., Ltd. to FAW Asset Management Co., Ltd. for management.
